-Corvallis- the old Samaritan Hospital Deconstruction on Harrison Street, Six Two Story Apartment Buildings at 23rd and Tyler, the old State Theatre Building, the old Moose Building that used to be behind City Hall, and many old houses in Corvallis to make way for additional student housing.
-Philomath- Demolition of the old water storage tank for the City of Philomath.
